I'm a software engineer and Mendix consultant based in Rotterdam. For the past five years I've been building enterprise software across low-code and custom development — order management, route optimisation, logistics integration — the unglamorous systems that keep operations running.
Right now I'm at PostNL, working on the platform behind parcel distribution — roughly a million parcels a day. Before that I led consulting teams in Kuala Lumpur and engineering teams at Mendix here in Rotterdam.
Building the Mendix platform behind PostNL's order management and parcel distribution — systems supporting 1M+ parcels a day. I led the technical redesign of the integration between order management and route optimisation, working in a 10-person cross-functional team.
Led consulting teams delivering enterprise solutions. Integrated a logistics suite across six manufacturing plants with SAP (30%+ faster procurement), shipped a maintenance system for 10,000+ assets, and migrated 40 applications from SAP BTP to Mendix Cloud.
Grew and mentored a team of five, and led development of Epics — Mendix's project-management tool, adopted by 70% of the platform's users.
Drove the engineering effort behind the Control Center, improving governance for 300+ enterprise clients, and led a small team building performance-tracking tooling.
